Professional Legal Assistance at Administrative Courts in Poland
If your appeal against a 1st-instance immigration decision has resulted in another negative decision, you may still have the right to challenge that decision before the Voivodeship Administrative Court (WSA). Administrative Courts in Poland review whether the public authority correctly applied polish law and complied with all procedural requirements when issuing its decision.
At Legal Immigration Poland, all proceedings before the Administrative Courts are personally conducted by the head of our law firm, licensed polish attorney Patryk Przeździecki, who has more than 13 years of legal experience representing foreigners before Polish administrative authorities and courts.
Every case begins with a detailed legal consultation during which attorney Patryk Przeździecki analyzes the complete administrative file, reviews the reasoning behind the decision, identifies violations of substantive or procedural law, evaluates the prospects of success before the Administrative Court, and develops an individual litigation strategy.
If legal grounds exist, we prepare and submit a complaint to the competent Administrative Court, officially represent your interests throughout the judicial proceedings, prepare all procedural submissions, and continue representing you until the Court issues its judgment.
Where appropriate, we also provide legal representation before the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) during cassation proceedings.Which Immigration Cases Can Be Challenged Before the Administrative Courts?
