Polish Citizenship

Polish citizenship is the highest form of legal status available in Poland, granting full rights as a Polish and European Union citizen. Depending on your individual circumstances, there are several pathways to obtaining Polish citizenship, including citizenship granted by the President of Poland, recognition as a Polish citizen by the Voivode, and confirmation of Polish citizenship based on Polish ancestry and descent.

At Legal Immigration Poland, we provide comprehensive legal support throughout the entire citizenship process. Our services include eligibility assessment, analysis of family history and documentation, legal consultations, preparation of applications, communication with authorities, and representation during the proceedings.

Polish citizenship

Obtaining Polish citizenship is often the final and most important step in the immigration journey of foreign nationals who have built their lives, careers, families, or businesses in Poland. While many people associate Polish citizenship with Polish ancestry, there are several legal pathways available, and Polish origin is not always required to become a Polish citizen.

At Legal Immigration Poland, we provide professional legal assistance in all citizenship procedures, including Polish citizenship granted by the President of Poland, recognition as a Polish citizen by the Voivode, and confirmation of Polish citizenship based on Polish ancestry and descent.

Every citizenship case begins with an individual legal assessment. We carefully analyze your personal circumstances, immigration history, family background, and available documentation in order to identify the most suitable pathway to Polish citizenship. During this process, we evaluate potential risks and opportunities, determine the required evidence, and develop a legal strategy tailored to your specific situation.

Thanks to our extensive experience in Polish immigration and citizenship law, we are able to assist clients in both straightforward and highly complex cases, including matters involving incomplete documentation, historical records, and other non-standard legal circumstances.
