Hello, I just received 2nd negative decision from Wilford, while they had never informed me of the first negative decision neither of having filed appeal for me. Their appeal was miserable and I am not surprised it was rejected. Now I cannot work, I lost my source of income due to Wilford and need to go to a court. Can I sue them for damages and request from Simon the amount of my salary I had lost due to his negligence?
